ATHIKRAMANA COURSE – MONTHLY PAYMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

Objectives and Background

Intellect Initiative FZCO is committed to providing the best service in a timely manner. We aim to accommodate your needs.
This cancellation policy is used as a way of respecting the time commitment of all involved. It explains the process for requesting a cancellation and the fees applicable. This policy is used in fairness to both our business and the clients.
We are implementing a straightforward cancellation policy to be upfront about all the costs you may face when engaging our services.
If a student wishes to cancel their monthly payments and revoke their subscription to the personal development course, it is important to follow the cancellation procedure outlined below.
1.     To cancel monthly payments and revoke the subscription, the student must notify Intellect Initiative FZCO at least 7 days prior to their next scheduled automatic monthly payment. This notification must be sent via email to generalsupport@iini.zendesk.com from the student’s registered email address. 

2.     Intellect Initiative FZCO will process the cancellation request and revoke the student’s subscription, provided that the cancellation request is received at least 7 days prior to the next scheduled automatic payment to generalsupport@iini.zendesk.com

3.     It is crucial to send the cancellation request exclusively to the designated email address, generalsupport@iini.zendesk.com. Failure to send the cancellation request to the specified email address may result in additional automatic charges, and no refund will be issued. 

4.     In the event that a student fails to provide the required notice period of at least 7 days prior to the next scheduled automatic payment, Intellect Initiative FZCO will not be able to process the cancellation request in time to prevent the next payment from being charged. In this scenario, your cancellation will be scheduled prior to the payment of the following month.

5.     If the cancellation request is received in a timely manner, the student’s access to the course and associated resources will continue until the end of the paid time period. No refund will be issued for the remaining paid time period.

6.     Intellect Initiative FZCO cannot guarantee that additional charges will not be incurred if the cancellation request is not sent to the specified email address within the required notice period.

7.     If the cancellation request is received 7 days prior to generalsupport@iini.zendesk.com and Intellect Initiative FZCO fails to action the request before the next automatic payment, a refund of the monthly payment which was received after the cancellation request will be issued to the original payment method.

8.     It is the student’s responsibility to keep track of their payment schedule and to ensure that cancellation requests are sent in a timely manner. 

By enrolling in the course and making monthly payments, the student acknowledges and agrees to abide by the monthly payment cancellation policy stated above. Intellect Initiative FZCO reserves the right to modify or update this policy at its discretion and will communicate any changes to the students in a timely manner.

ATHIKRAMANA COURSE – PAYMENT SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

ATHIKRAMANA  – PAYMENT SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

Effective from: 06 July 2023

  1. Intellect Initiative FZCO requires students to register for a 12-month payment subscription to gain access to the personal development course, services, and resources provided by the company.
  2. Upon registration, students will be automatically charged for the coming 12 months, enabling them to access the course, services, and other resources provided by Intellect Initiative FZCO .
  3. Each month, 7 days prior to the automatic payment, students will receive an email notification as a reminder that the payment will occur in 7 days.
  4. In the event of a failed automatic payment attempt, students will receive another email informing them of the payment failure. They will be reminded to deposit the amount to the bank if possible, within the next 2 weeks to allow for the payment to occur automatically.
  5. During the 2-week grace period of attempting the payment, students will still receive their weekly lessons to avoid disruptions to their progress.
  6. If the payment continues to fail after four attempts over the 2-week grace period, the automatic payment subscription will be canceled, and the student’s course access and resources will be revoked. They will no longer see the course when logged in to their www.intellectii.global student account.
  7. If a student’s course access and resources are revoked, they are encouraged to re-register and inform Intellect Initiative FZCO  via email at  generalsupport@iini.zendesk.com The company will adjust their lessons to resume from where they had paid up to in the previous subscription. This will enable the students to resume the course from the last paid week.
  8. The lessons released during the grace period prior to the previous subscription cancellation will be not available when setting up the new subscription to resume as before. The lessons released during the grace period prior to the previous subscription cancellation will be available weekly in the new subscription as the payment for those weeks will be covered in the new subscription.
  9. Students must not re-register if they already have an active payment subscription, as this will result in additional automatic monthly payments.
  10. If students encounter any issues with their account or payment, they must contact Intellect Initiative FZCO  via email at [email protected] before re-registering to address and resolve any account-related issues.
  11. Automatic monthly payments will end by the end of the 12-month period due to the completion of the course duration. Access to the course, services, and resources will be revoked upon course completion.
  12. Re-registering after the completion of the 12-month payment and course duration will require the student to enroll in the course from the beginning again.

By registering for the payment subscription and accessing the course, the student acknowledges and agrees to comply with the payment subscription policy outlined above. Intellect Initiative FZCO  retains the right to modify or update this policy at its discretion and will communicate any changes to the students in a timely manner.

  2. Access to the course will be provided for a period of 12 months from the start date of the course. Once the payment for the 12-month period is over, access to the course will automatically end, regardless of the completion status of the course.
  3. It is important for students to manage their time effectively to ensure they complete the course within the 12-month duration. Intellect Initiative FZCO will not provide extensions or the option to resume the course from where the student may have stopped watching lessons after the 12-month duration has ended.
  4. Students are encouraged to actively engage with the course materials and utilize the available resources to progress through the course within the given timeframe.
  5. Intellect Initiative FZCO reserves the right to make updates or changes to the course content during the 12-month duration. Any changes or updates will be communicated to the students in a timely manner.
  6. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure their internet connectivity and access to the course materials throughout the 12-month duration. Intellect Initiative FZCO is not responsible for any interruptions in access due to technical issues or personal circumstances.

By enrolling in the course and making the monthly payments, the student acknowledges and agrees to abide by the course duration policy stated above.

  2. For technical issues related to the course platform or any technical difficulties encountered during the course, students should contact tech@iini.zendesk.com . This email address is dedicated to addressing technical problems and providing assistance in resolving them.
  3. For all other inquiries or requests regarding the student’s Braincipher account, including general questions or administrative matters, students should contact generalsupport@iini.zendesk.com.
  4. Questions specifically related to course lessons should be emailed to the designated email address provided to the student upon enrolment. This email address will be communicated to the student separately and should be used exclusively for lesson-related questions.
  5. To ensure fairness and timely responses to all students, Intellect Initiative FZCO limits the number of lesson-related questions or emails to a maximum of 2 per week per student. This policy ensures that all students have an equal opportunity to ask questions and receive prompt assistance. Exceeding this limit may result in termination of the student’s account after effective communication attempts.
  6. It is important for students to refrain from sending the same question to multiple email channels. Doing so will only delay the response time, as Intellect Initiative FZCO will need to review all the emails before providing a response.
  7. Students are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanour when interacting with Intellect Initiative FZCO staff. Any negative behaviour, including harassment or disrespectful communication, will not be tolerated. Intellect Initiative FZCO reserves the right to refuse service and terminate the student’s account in such cases.
  • Questions and queries related to personal matters that are irrelevant to the lessons and the course which request personal advice and assistance are unable to be supported through our communication channels.

By engaging in the personal development course, the student agrees to comply with the student support policy outlined above. Intellect Initiative FZCO retains the right to modify or update this policy at its discretion and will communicate any changes to the students in a timely manner.

Effective communication is vital for a successful learning experience. To ensure efficient and effective communication, the following policy has been established for students enrolled in courses provided by Intellect Initiative FZCO. Please read and adhere to this policy.

(a) Communication Channel: All communication regarding the course must occur via the student’s registered email address. Students are required to use the email addresses provided by Intellect Initiative FZCO for any course-related communication.
Questions and queries related to personal matters that are irrelevant to the lessons and the course which request personal advice and assistance are unable to be supported through our communication channels.

(b) Supported Languages: The supported languages for communication are Sinhalese and English. Students may use either language to communicate with Intellect Initiative FZCO.

(c) Question Limit: Students may ask a maximum of 2 questions per week relating to the lessons taught in the course. This limit is set to ensure a fair distribution of support and timely responses to all students.

(d) Response Delays: Exceeding the maximum question limit may cause delays in responding. It is important to respect this limit to maintain smooth communication and timely assistance.

(e) Misuse of Communication: Misusing the opportunity to ask questions by asking too many questions or repeating the same question using different wording is not allowed. Intellect Initiative FZCO reserves the right to refuse to respond to such inquiries.

(f) Violation of Communication Policy: Continuously exceeding the 2-question limit per week related to course lessons will be considered a violation of the communication policy. Intellect Initiative FZCO may take appropriate action, including account termination, in response to such violations.

(g) Additional Channels: While email is the primary communication channel Intellect Initiative FZCO may provide additional communication channels or platforms for specific purposes. In such cases, instructions and guidelines will be provided separately.

By enrolling in the course, you agree to comply with this communication policy. It is your responsibility to ensure that all communications adhere to the guidelines mentioned above. This policy aims to maintain an effective and efficient learning environment for all students.

Effective from: 16 June 2023

  1. Intellect Initiative FZCO recognizes that students may encounter unexpected circumstances that require them to temporarily cancel their participation in the personal development course. As such, students have the option to temporarily cancel the course midway through their enrollment.
  2. To initiate a temporary cancellation, students must notify Intellect Initiative FZCO via email at generalsupport@iini.zendesk.com with their request to temporarily cancel the course at least 7 days prior to their next automatic payment.
  3. Upon receiving the cancellation request, Intellect Initiative FZCO will process the temporary cancellation and that will automatically suspend the student’s access to the course materials and resources.
  4. If no prior notice or the notice given is not provided within the minimum notice period to the above-mentioned email address (generalsupport@iini.zendesk.com), students will be charged the automatic subscription charge for the next month. In this scenario, the cancellation will be scheduled prior to the payment of the following month.
  5. The student is allowed to rejoin the course within 6 months of their cancellation date to resume from where they have stopped the payment previously. Re-joining the course after the 6-month period will not be possible, and the student will need to enroll and restart the course from the beginning.
  6. To re-join the course, the student must send an email to generalsupport@iini.zendesk.com expressing their intent to resume the course. Intellect Initiative FZCO will provide further instructions on how to reactivate their access to the course materials.
  7. It is important to note that while the student is on temporary cancellation, they will not have access to any course materials, updates, or student support services provided by Intellect Initiative FZCO.
  8. Intellect Initiative FZCO cannot guarantee that there will be no changes to the course content or resources during the period of temporary cancellation. However, any significant updates or changes will be communicated to the student upon re-joining the course.
  9. The student remains responsible for any outstanding or future payments during the temporary cancellation period. The monthly payment subscription will resume upon re-joining the course, and the student will be charged accordingly.

By opting for the temporary cancellation and re-joining option, the student acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms stated in this policy.
Intellect Initiative FZCO reserves the right to modify or update this policy at its discretion and will communicate any changes to the students in a timely manner.

  2. If a student is falling behind, it is their responsibility to inform Intellect Initiative FZCO and cancel their subscription until they are ready to rejoin and resume.

  3. If a student fails to complete the course within the 12-month duration, they will be required to re-join and restart the course from the beginning to continue their studies.
  4. Intellect Initiative FZCO does not provide extensions beyond the 12-month duration for course completion. It is the responsibility of the student to manage their time effectively and progress through the course materials within the given timeframe.
  5. Students who have not completed the course within the 12-month duration will lose access to the course materials and resources provided by Intellect Initiative FZCO. This includes any progress made or records of completed lessons.
  6. Re-joining the course after the 12-month period will require the student to enroll and make new payment arrangements. The student will need to start the course from the beginning, regardless of the progress they had made before the course duration ended.
  7. Intellect Initiative FZCO recommends that students carefully plan and allocate sufficient time to engage with the course materials and complete the required coursework to maximize the benefits of the personal development program.
  8. It is the student’s responsibility to monitor their progress and ensure they are on track to complete the course within the 12-month timeframe. Intellect Initiative FZCO does not accept responsibility for any delays or interruptions that may affect a student’s ability to complete the course on time.

  1. Intellect Initiative FZCO has a strict no-refund policy for the services provided. Once payment is made for the personal development course ‘Athikramana’, it is non-refundable.
  2. In the case of students choosing to pay the total fees for the 12 months upfront, opting out of the monthly subscription payments, they can take advantage of avoiding pricing fluctuations caused by foreign exchange rates. However, it is important to note that if they decide to terminate the course before completion, no refund will be provided for the remaining months.
  3. Students who choose to pay the total fees upfront and wish to terminate the course before completion will not be eligible for a refund for the remaining months. The payment made for the full 12 months is considered a commitment for the entire course duration.
  4. If a student who paid the total fees upfront decides to terminate the course before completion but expresses interest in re-joining within 6 months of cancellation, Intellect Initiative FZCO can provide access to the remaining months of the course. However, no refund will be issued for the months missed during the period of termination.
  5. Intellect Initiative FZCO reserves the right to modify or update the refund policy at its discretion. Any changes to the refund policy will be communicated to the students in a timely manner.

  10. Intellect Initiative FZCO will periodically communicate with students regarding cybersecurity best practices and any potential threats or scams. Students are encouraged to read and follow these communications to stay informed and take necessary precautions.

By enrolling in the course, students acknowledge and agree to comply with the cyber security policy outlined above. Intellect Initiative FZCO retains the right to modify or update this policy at its discretion and will communicate any changes to the students in a timely manner.
