1. Course Purchases and Payments
1.1 Payment Terms All course purchases on https://intellectii.global (“Website”) are upfront and non-refundable. By purchasing a course, you acknowledge and agree that the payment for the course is final and non-refundable, except as outlined in section 3 and 4 below.

1.2 Course Access Duration Each course on our Website has a specified duration within which you are expected to complete the course. The course duration is clearly stated on the course ‘More Information’ page.

2. Extension of Course Access
2.1 Extension Eligibility If you are unable to complete a course within the specified course duration, you may be eligible for an extension of access to the course. The eligibility for an extension is determined on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

2.2 Extension Duration If deemed eligible, you may receive an extension of access to the course for a maximum period of 1 month from the original course end date. The exact duration of the extension will be communicated to you at the time of approval.

2.3 Extension Request To request an extension of access, you must contact our support team within 7 days prior to the original course end date. The extension request must include a valid reason for the request and any supporting documentation, if applicable.

2.4 Approval and Access The approval of an extension request is subject to our evaluation and discretion. If your request is approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions to access the course during the extended period. An approved extension is a one-time offer only and cannot be repeated or replicated in the future.

3. Changes to Courses

3.1 Course Modifications or Cancellations Intellect Initiative reserves the right to modify or cancel a course, including changes to the course content, curriculum, instructor, or schedule. In the event of a course cancellation, you will be notified, and you may be provided with alternative options, such as a transfer to another course or a refund, at our discretion.

4. Technical Issues
4.1 Website and Platform Functionality We strive to provide a reliable and functional online learning platform. However, in the event
of technical issues or downtime affecting the Website or course access, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly. We do not offer refunds or extensions solely due to technical issues beyond our control.

5. Multiple Registrations for the Same Course
Students must not re-register if they already have an active payment subscription, as this will result in additional automatic monthly payments. If by mistake, the student makes multiple payments for the same course which triggered additional charges, the student must inform generalsupport@iini.zendesk.com within 3 days of the additional payment for us to sort that out for the student.

If the student fails to inform us within 3 days of the charge occurring, additional administration charges will be incurred.

6. Transferring between Courses
Transferring between courses is not permitted. If a student wishes to enrol in anther course at https://intellectii.global, they are encouraged to enrol in the course separately. We have not established any option to switch between courses to avoid numerous complications.

7. Course Cancellation Requests
If a student wishes to cancel the current course that they are attending, they can request to do so via emailing generalsupport@iini.zendesk.com. Upon request, Intellect Initiative Student Support Team can revoke access to their current course. There will be no refund, or compensations provided for the unused time if the student decides to not continue their studies or decides to re-enrol to redo the same course due to personal preference.

Students are required to use the email addresses provided by Intellect Initiative FZCO for any course-related communication. All communication is confidential between Intellect Initiative and the student, except where permission is obtained by Intellect Initiative from the student to publish student testimonies.

2. Supported Languages: The supported languages for communication are Sinhalese and English. Students may use either language to communicate with Intellect Initiative FZCO.

3. Question Limit: Students may ask a maximum of 2 questions per week relating to the lessons taught in the course. This limit is set to ensure a fair distribution of support and timely responses to all students.

4. Response Delays: Exceeding the maximum question limit may cause delays in responding. It is important to respect this limit to maintain smooth communication and timely assistance.

5. Misuse of Communication: Misusing the opportunity to ask questions by asking too many questions or repeating the same question using different wording is not allowed. Intellect Initiative FZCO reserves the right to refuse responding to such inquiries.

6. Violation of Communication Policy: Continuously exceeding the 2-question limit per week related to course lessons will be considered a violation of the communication policy. Intellect Initiative FZCO may take appropriate action, including account termination, in response to such violations.

7. Additional Channels: While email is the primary communication channel, Intellect Initiative FZCO may provide additional communication channels or platforms for specific purposes. In such cases, instructions and guidelines will be provided separately.

8. Students are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanour when interacting with Intellect Initiative FZCO staff. Any negative behavior, including harassment or disrespectful communication, will not be tolerated. Intellect Initiative FZCO reserves the right to refuse service and terminate the student’s account in such cases.

9. Questions and queries related to personal matters that are irrelevant to the lessons and the courses which request personal advice and assistance are unable to be supported through our communication channels.

1. Intellect Initiative FZCO is committed to providing student support to enhance the learning experience. Student support is available via email communication only.

2. For technical issues related to the course platform or any technical difficulties encountered during the course, students should contact generalsupport@iini.zendesk.com . This email address is dedicated to addressing technical problems and providing assistance in resolving them.

3. For all other inquiries or requests regarding the student’s Intellect Initiative account, including general questions or administrative matters, students should contact generalsupport@iini.zendesk.com.

4. Questions specifically related to course lessons should be emailed to the designated email address provided to the student upon enrolment. This email address will be communicated to the student separately and should be used exclusively for lesson-related questions.

5. To ensure fairness and timely responses to all students, Intellect Initiative FZCO limits the number of lesson-related questions or emails to a maximum of 2 per week per course per student. This policy ensures that all students have an equal opportunity to ask questions and receive prompt assistance. Exceeding this limit may result in termination of the student’s account after effective communication attempts.

6. It is important for students to refrain from sending the same question to multiple email channels. Doing so will only delay the response time, as Intellect Initiative FZCO will need to review all the emails before providing a response.
